Spruance Consulting is named after the Spruance class of Navy destroyers. The namesake is Navy Admiral Raymond A. Spruance, one of the best naval commanders during the Battle of Midway. Admiral Spruance was especially known for staying calm during moments of crisis.

Spruance Consulting is a veteran-owned small business specializing in assisting businesses to obtain land use and other required permits before operation. We also specialize in assisting with compliance issues and helping to resolve those matters so you can continue to operate your business in good standing.

The CEO of Spruance Consulting is Tom Parko. Tom is a Navy Veteran and served on the USS O’Brien; US 7th Fleet, Yokosuka, Japan. Tom has over twenty (20) years of public sector planning experience and understands the challenges small businesses can encounter when dealing with local governments.
